Orders

An e-mail will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know the tracking number for your shipment. The email will be sent on your registered e-mail id.

To place an order, please follow these steps:

For Mobile -

1. Choose your favourite product.

2. Add products to your cart or just hit 'Buy Now' button.

3. If you want to add quantity then put the number otherwise Click on "Checkout" button.

4. Fill the Address form.

5. Click on checkbox to agree the terms and conditions.

6. Next Step is to choose the Shipping Method.

7. Use your preferred Payment Mode.

8. Apply coupon code - if you have any otherwise skip it and fill the comments for your order, if you have any.

9. Lastly Click on checkbox to agree terms and conditions.

10. Confirm the Order.

For Desktop -
1. Choose your favourite product.

2. Click on Add to Cart 

3. Click on Checkout Button (Towards top right corner of the Awei webpage) 

4. Your can do Guest Checkout or can Register Account, Fill in all your particulars & check all the boxes below

6. Next Step is to choose the Shipping Method.

7. Use your preferred Payment Mode.

8. Apply coupon code - if you have any otherwise skip it and fill the comments for your order, if you have any.

9. Lastly Click on checkbox to agree terms and conditions.

10. Confirm the Order.

Payment

You can choose to pay for your order on Awei with any Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet and also choose the Cash on Delivery option.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped through India Speed Post courier services who deliver the packages to your doorstep or the nearest pick-up store if the option is selected.

Prepaid Orders are delivered within a stipulated time period of 3-5 business days. In case of Cash on Delivery Orders the time is extended to 5-8 business days.

Business days are otherwise known as working days of the week. The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days. Typically, these include Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are usually not considered.

Cancellation

Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately if the order hasn't been shipped yet. If your order has been shipped, you will have to contact awei customer support by mailing at care@awei.in or contacting the customer support number 8001919000

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order.

COD fee is a fixed amount has to be paid by the buyer if the order is placed on COD. It is fixed for all COD orders.

Warranty

All Awei products come with the Manufacture Warranty of 6 months. In case of any technical fault with the product except physical damage you can claim warranty by contacting our customer support by mailing us at care@awei.in or by contacting at 8001919000 between 10 a.m till 5 p.m

Awei Coupons

You can use only 1 Awei Coupon to pay for a single order.

My Account

To change the password for your Awei account, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Awei account
2. Go to My Account › Settings › Change password
3. Enter your old password
4. Enter your new password
5. Choose 'Save Changes'

Wishlist

Wishlist is a section where you can save any product for later which you wish to purchase. The next time you login you don't need to search for the item. You can directly go to your Wishlist and order it.

Reward Points

Reward Points are points which you earn every time you purchase a new product and redeem that points later on your next purchase in the form of discount.

Returns & Replacement

To return/exchange your order, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to My Orders

2. Choose the item you wish to return or exchange

3. Fill in the details

4. Choose Request Return.

Refund

You are eligible for Refund only is the product is broken or Dead on Arrival.
