What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information ?

It is easy to update your Awei.in account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.

'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Awei.

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your orders


Do I need a awei.in account for making a purchase?

No, it’s not necessary to create an account before making a purchase on the site but is highly recommended, since it has its own advantages, such as –

  • you can make a purchase by only providing your email id rather than filling necessary details, every time
  • you can track the delivery status of your order(s)
  • you can view the entire history of your past orders
  • you can also plan future orders through useful features like Wishlist and Notify Me.
  • you can write reviews for products bought from us
  • you can subscribe to our weekly newsletter to stay in the know on Awei.in's new products.


I forgot my login password. What do I do?

Go to the Sign In page and click on Forgotten Password. You will receive an email on your registered email id with instructions on creating a new password.


How do I register on Awei.in ?

Registration on Awei.in is a simple process that can be completed in 3 simple steps:

  • Click on the Sign In link on the top of the home page
  • Type in your email address
  • Enter password of your choice; confirm the password and you are done!


How do I place an order on Awei.in ?

Placing an order on Awei.in is quick and simple. As you browse through Awei.in, you can add the items you wish to buy in your Shopping Cart by clicking on 'Add to Cart'. Log in with your email address and password, enter your shipping address and make the payment.


How can I Track my order status?

You will receive the mail regarding your shipment details and tracking id will be provided along with the tracking URL of the courier service. Also you may visit order history page to see tracking details of your order. Click here for Order History.


What is My Account?

My Account is your one stop for all the information related to your past, current and future purchases on Awei.in. It holds information like order history, order status, reviews, support tickets and saved shipping addresses.


What is My Wishlist?

Picture this...  you like a product on display at the mall, but stop a step short of making the final purchase, due to money shortfall or a simple mood swing. With My Wishlist you can pick an item of your choice, add it to the wishlist and come back later to buy it on a later date...whenever you feel like it!


What is the average delivery time?

For "In Stock", products the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.


What are the delivery charges?

All orders are delivery free of shipping charge on Awei.in, be it a Rs. 50 order or Rs. 5000!


Does Awei.in deliver outside India?

No. Currently, we only deliver to most major cities and towns in India. Please note that the delivery location may vary from product to product.


 How can I cancel or change my order?

Just drop an email to care@awei.in with reference number of your purchase order. In case we have not shipped it yet, we will cancel your order, else you will have to send it back to us and we will offer you a refund or exchange.
